i din know she love vintage cuppies.i would haf made one if i knew.tot she's one of the customer only cares on presentation.

Lepat Pisang

I was bored one morning so I decided to make lepat pisang. Since I dont have the banana leaves I just poured all the mix into a tray.

Not to bad for 1st timer.Thanks Teh for your recipe.

My auntie sucha great cook.Below is her recipe:

Banana ( as many as u want, the more the better)
1 small box of coconut milk
sugar
a bit of salf
1cup of flour (wheat flour)

Mix all together and steamed if for 20 minutes.

I woke up early today even tho it's Sunday morning.I wanna make another batch of macarons for Dan. I always baked for others but seldom I bake for him. The things is he, dont appreciate dessert as much as I do. He said all cakes taste the same.He tried macarons once at his fren house.He love it. I decide to make one batch for him.Red and blue macarons, since tommorow is our special day (which we lost count on how many years already).
The filling is of couse nuttella and cream cheese filling. I find it a very great combination.And it taste *walllaa!*sedap ok.

red velvet macarons

This is my numerous attempt making macarons.I tried to bake everytime I have a free time lately. Still the uneven size dissapoint me so much :(.I made red velvet macarons this time with nutella and cream cheese filling.Even when I'm typing this I kindda swallow my own saliva *haha!
The taste OMG super sedap (bukan nak puji diri hokey)
