I woke up early today to send cupcakes to my customer at DoubleTree by Hilton hotel.Nigel requested not too sweet cupcakes. I reduced the amount of sugar and tried to create not so sweet cupcakes for the couple. I hope they like the cupcakes as much I do. I had so much fun baking and design this cupcakes :)

X-mas, cupcakes,cream puff and macarons :)

Hi all, I hope it still not to talk for me to wish everyone Merry X-mas. I hope everyone have a good celebration and holiday as I am. My family came down to KL and it was a nice family gathering.

Below are some of the pictures that I made during this holiday. The cupcakes gift set ordered by Nenny. It was my fist time making such order and I enjoy it very much.

Next I made cream puff for McD, he was busy to the max at the office and for not so very sweet tooth cream puff nuff to make his day.

Macarons for my family. The color suppost to be red like really red somehow it lack of color*hehe. Blame on me. The filling of the macarons is cream cheese. So I named it red velvet macarons. The reason I still didnt sell macarons because, I'm still practising to ensure all macarons same size.*haha. From the picture you can see uneven size and even slightly burn macarons. I need full concentration when it comes to macarons.

Lastly, feel free to drop any comments, in improving this blog. I wanted to write more but there would be a time that I'm super lazy. *sigh!

Stop taking order for red velvet cake.

Alhamdulilah.I just got discharged last Monday frm hospital.I still feel weak but my hands feel itching wants to bake.I swear if my mom's around she would have scolded me.I just finished bake 1box cupcakes today.Since my body still weak tonight seems like I will tuck to bed early.

Puasa 6

Today was a bit challanging for me.I felt really tired.I hafta rush myself during Zohor prayer and missed a lot of input during tazkirah by Ustaz Dzulkarnain(Astro Oasis guy) coz need to attend the safety training.The training was good.Really made me realise how our common sense can help reduce safety incident in our daily life.
Since today is my 5th day fasting, i wanna treat myself a simple yet nice dessert.
I slice the shiffon cake I got couple of days ago.I mix up the custard and I heat at the oven the jelly liquid.I just throw everything inside an empty tupperware.Walla,I break fast with 3layered jelly custard pudding.(i just made up the name)
