Below are some of the pictures that I made during this holiday. The cupcakes gift set ordered by Nenny. It was my fist time making such order and I enjoy it very much.
Next I made cream puff for McD, he was busy to the max at the office and for not so very sweet tooth cream puff nuff to make his day.
Macarons for my family. The color suppost to be red like really red somehow it lack of color*hehe. Blame on me. The filling of the macarons is cream cheese. So I named it red velvet macarons. The reason I still didnt sell macarons because, I'm still practising to ensure all macarons same size.*haha. From the picture you can see uneven size and even slightly burn macarons. I need full concentration when it comes to macarons.
Lastly, feel free to drop any comments, in improving this blog. I wanted to write more but there would be a time that I'm super lazy. *sigh!
i can see slight burn marks on the macarons.. but no idea on the diff sizes tho.. or issit because i've no idea on how it actually suppose to look like?

haha no it is actually burned..i was busy watching tv and forgot that macarons still in the oven. Will make sure i'm not lose focus this weekend if i happend to bake one!*hehe
