Nadie Laduree Macarons

I received lotsa order on macarons lately.For those who close to me know how I have this love hate relationship with macarons. I was so details and everytime I made macarons I stressed out if my macarons did not turn out chewy but crunchy as how it suppost to be. I wanna make my nadie laduree macarons . *haha. Sometimes those feeling keep me motivated! So well..I have 20 macarons order this week and 50 macarons next week! Eggs white seem to be my bestfren this couple of days. Take care cake lovers!
